DELIVERY AND RETURNS
For orders with a value of less than €75, you pay €4.95 shipping costs. For orders above €75, you do not pay shipping costs.
If you order to a country other than the Netherlands, but within Europe, you pay €12 in shipping costs. Shipments outside Europe cost €24.95.
Currently, you cannot pick-up orders from us. However, you can also search for a physical store via the store finder to buy a racket. Always contact the store first to ask which products they sell from us, or ask us via the Whatsapp button in the webshop.
If you place an order with us before 3:30 PM, we will deliver the package to PostNL that same day. We will also share a track and trace code with you at the end of the afternoon, with which you can track the package. Usually you will receive the package the next day.
Not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home, PostNL will try to deliver the package to your neighbors. He or she will then leave a note in the mailbox explaining where the package has been delivered. You can also see this via the track and trace code, which we have shared with you by email. If it does not work at the neighbors, the package will be delivered to a collection point near you.
You have the right to return the package to us within 14 days of receipt. The return address is:

The condition for returning a package is that the products are still in their original new condition and have not been used. For example, if the foil is removed from a padel racket handle, we can no longer sell the racket as new to other customers, and therefore we cannot refund the full purchase amount.
The direct costs for returning are for your own account. After the product has been received in good order, the refund will be made. You will receive a confirmation about this by e-mail.
