When can I expect the ordered items to be delivered?

If you place your order on a working day before 4:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. This allows you to track the progress of the shipment.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will try to deliver the package to your neighbours. You will receive a notification in your mailbox where the package has been delivered. In some cases, the delivery person will come by again the next day for a second delivery attempt. If you are also not present at the second attempt, the package will be delivered to the nearest collection point, where you can collect it at a later time.Answer

Do you have a showroom or a physical store?

No, we do not have our own physical store. We do have a number of partners where you can see and test our rackets. See our store finder for this

Can I also pick up my order?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to collect your order from us. If you can't wait until tomorrow for your order, please contact us via the Whatsapp function in the webshop. Maybe we can arrange something.

Can I still cancel my order?

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, it is sometimes possible to cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

If the order is already on its way, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. However, you can return the package to us after receipt. You must pay the shipping costs for the return yourself.

Has my payment/order been successful?

As soon as your order has been completed and we have received your payment, we will immediately send you a confirmation email with an overview of your order.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver internationally to many countries, both within Europe and beyond. Contact us via the Whatsapp button to see if we can arrange the international shipment.

Can I return an order?

Yes, that's possible. The condition is that the product is returned within 14 days of receipt. In addition, the product must be unused and in new condition. For example, if the plastic foil has already been removed from the handle, we will no longer be able to resell the product as new to other customers, and we will therefore not be able to return the full purchase amount.

How can I return a package?

Create a return label yourself at PostNL or another parcel service. Unfortunately, we cannot take care of the costs for this. Make sure you return the product to us in the original packaging, and check whether the package is closed with sufficient tape.
