Majem is Amsterdam slang for water, reflected in its shimmering metallic blue colour. The dazzling design will keep your opponent distracted from the first point. The same attention to detail found in the design also defines its playing characteristics, with several innovative features built into the racket.
Shape and feel
The MAJEM has a teardrop shape with a slightly lower balance (mid-high) than its sibling, the PENOZE, providing excellent manoeuvrability, faster shots and reduced strain on the wrist. Orbit’s specially developed aero holes also contribute to this. The holes are positioned to minimise air resistance.
Materials and finish
The racket also has a 3K carbon face and a soft EVA foam core, giving you the right blend of control and power. The face features a 3D finish for extra grip on the ball. Finally, the racket is equipped with the Impact Protector Pro 3.0. This integrated plastic protector helps safeguard your racket and extend its lifespan.

Shipping and returns
Shipping costs
Netherlands
Orders under €70 have a €5.50 shipping fee. Orders of €70 or more ship free.
International
Within Europe €12. Outside Europe €24.95.
Delivery time
Order before 15:30 on a working day and your parcel leaves with PostNL the same day. At the end of the afternoon you will receive a track & trace code by email. In the Netherlands, your order usually arrives the next day.
Not at home? PostNL will try to deliver the parcel to your neighbours and leave a note. If that is not possible, it goes to a collection point near you.
Collection
Orders cannot currently be collected. Use the store finder to find physical shops that sell our rackets. Contact the shop beforehand to ask which models they stock, or ask your question via the chat button.
Returns
You have the right to return your order free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be unused and in its original condition. For example, if the film has been removed from the handle, we can no longer sell the racket as new and cannot refund the full amount.
How to return:
- Log in to your account at www.orbitpadel.nl
- Go to your order and click ‘request return’
- Choose a return reason and click ‘request return’ again
We will review your request within a few hours and email you a return label, so you can send the parcel back free of charge. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will process the return and the refund.
Orbit does everything possible to prevent damage to your racket. Together with our partners, we continuously optimise our production processes to maintain a high level of quality.
Should one of our products sustain unexpected damage or have visible defects, we will be happy to help find a solution.
What is not covered by the warranty?
In summary, we do not accept returns of rackets with the following damage:
- Rackets where the plastic seal has been removed from the handle;
- Racket with water damage;
- Impact damage / wear
- Damaged by hitting the glass wall;
- Damaged by hitting the ground;
- Damaged by hitting the net or post;
- Damaged by hitting the fence;
- Damaged by hitting another surface or object
How do we assess this?
Any cracks in a padel racket that originate on the outside are not covered by our warranty. Such a crack indicates that the racket's strong frame was struck through contact with another object or surface.
What is covered by the warranty?
For example:
- Cracks in the carbon or fibreglass on the face
- Peeling coating
- Loose end cap under the handle
What should I do if I have a complaint?
Email us photos and a brief description of your complaint at info@orbitpadel.nl. We will get back to you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
For valid warranty claims, we generally offer the choice of exchanging the product for the same item or returning it for a refund.
